How sustainable are our cleaning products? More about our Environmentally Friendly initiatives…

Here at Quantum Commercial Cleaning, we understand people are often sceptical when companies flippently label themselves as holding Environmentally Friendly, Sustainable and Recyclable values. Is this really true? We can confidently confirm we are, and here’s a little insight into what we do.

We pride ourselves on our minimal cleaning products used to achieve exceptional standards on both Regular Contract Cleaning work and One Off Deep Cleans, Builders Cleans and more. Our product range is limited to a maximum of 5 items. This includes a Hard Surface Cleaner Disinfectant, Washroom Cleaner, Kitchen Cleaner, Toilet Washroom Cleaner Descaler and Floor Maintainer. With these products used in the correct way, we are guaranteed to achieve great results simply. Our training is quicker, COSHH Sheets and Health & Safety is easier and our ordering is better.

You’re thinking, well what about sustainability? We source all our cleaning products from one supplier whom we work very closely with. The manufacturer of our products is accredited by the British Standards Institution under Enviornmental Management Standard ISO 14001. We collectively aim to reduce the creation of waste in as many situations as possible. Our manufacturer do not carry out or commission any animal testing on any of the products we use. They also have a terracycle initiative where we return empty chemical bottles to be reused for the production, again minimising waste. The majority of their products are also Allergen Free, Nut Free and come in Fragrance Free options which is useful if you are in the Dry Cleaning or Hospitality industry, for example. All of our Microfibre Cloths are also laundered, to avoid further waste.
