We have been looking into ways we can furthermore support our team when it comes to their wellbeing, any mental health battles, personal issues at home and financial advice during the cost of living crisis. We have therefore decided to partner up with one of the leading providers in offering these services to businesses whom strive to make a difference for their team.

Our consultants have over 3000+ counsellors and qualified agents whom can support our team on a wide-range of areas. All of our team and their immediate family / partners and children aged above 16+ are eligible for this completely free of charge. There is no wait time (compared to the current NHS wait time for counselling / therapy sessions of 12-18 months) and no cost (these sessions can cost from £40 – £160 per hour). They can also choose a counsellor they feel would work best for them, whether that be male/female, face-to-face or on zoom/teams/telephone call, or a different first language or specialising in a certain area.
