Growth at Quantum has never just been about winning new contracts or becoming a bigger business. For us, real growth is seeing the people within Quantum develop too.

We want to create a workplace where joining our team can open doors – where hard work and potential are recognised, where people are encouraged to take the next step and where those who want to progress are given meaningful opportunities to do so.

As part of that commitment, we offer our management team the opportunity to undertake the Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship Programme. It is a 12-month development programme designed to give existing and emerging leaders the skills, knowledge and confidence to lead teams effectively.

The learning goes far beyond the traditional idea of ‘management training’. It explores how to motivate people, have meaningful conversations, recognise different communication styles, coach others, manage performance, navigate change and understand the kind of leader you want to be. These are skills that matter enormously to us.

Importantly, the development doesn’t stop with the core programme. Participants also have the opportunity to complete an additional CMI Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management, providing a recognised professional qualification and a pathway towards future Chartered Manager status.

Our managers are the connection between so many parts of Quantum. They are there to encourage our teams, solve problems, listen, maintain standards and build relationships with the clients we work in partnership with every day.
