Mental Health Week 2025: What we do to support our team

This week is mental health week. At Quantum Commercial Cleaning Ltd, we constantly strive to ensure we are supporting our team members to achieve a happy workplace and also a healthy work-life balance. We ensure our staff feel confident in what they do and appreciated. We are continually focusing on achieving positive outcomes and reviewing our internal processes & support systems.

All employees at Quantum receive free of charge therapy and life coaching for themselves and their family members. This also supports our team on financial matters and future planning, allowing each individual to tailor this to suit them best.

We believe that building a genuinely happy, supportive team with well-equipped managers/supervisors will achieve a positive workplace. By being open with one another and leaning on colleagues for advice & support, we are reducing the stigma around mental health, alongside our training and campaigns.
