Contract Award: TWI Ltd, Granta Park

Quantum Commercial Cleaning Ltd is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the commercial cleaning contract with TWI Ltd, effective January 2026.

The contract was subject to TUPE regulation, and we are delighted to be welcoming an excellent, long-standing cleaning team who have been providing a consistent, reliable service at the site. We are very much looking forward to working alongside the team, supporting them and building on the strong foundations already in place.

As part of this contract, we will be introducing all brand new equipment, the market-leading environmentally friendly cleaning products as well as combining advanced robotic cleaning technology with skilled cleaning operatives through our partnership with Karcher. This blended approach enhances efficiency, consistency and safety, while ensuring that people remain at the heart of service delivery.
